Absolutely! While we operate in a hybrid setup, DCExcel maintains a dedicated physical office where we regularly conduct team meetings, collaborative brainstorming sessions, and in-person staff training. This ensures consistent performance, strong team
dynamics, and gives our clients peace of mind knowing there’s a real, professional workplace behind our remote operations.
How does DCExcel handle data security and confidentiality?
We implement a very strict non-disclosure and privacy agreements with all hired staff and do regular audits to make sure we are compliant with data protection standards.
How does DCExcel measure and report on performance?
We work closely with the client to put in non-biased key performance indicators and do regular progress reports.
How fast can DCExcel provide resources?
We mobilize as soon as an agreement has been reached with the client. And depending on the staff skill set level required, we can set up the team within two weeks or less.
How does DCExcel ensure quality of staff placed?
All applicants are put to rigorous background check which includes character reference checks and previous employment performance.
Does DCExcel require an outright OPEX (Operational Expense Fee)?
On most cases, no. But for staffing needs that are above 20 people, we would require some kind of deposit.
